U+ Smart Home allows you to check the status of your home and family anytime, anywhere, and control objects using your smartphone, voice, or automatically, saving energy and time, protecting the safety of your home and family, and protecting your body and mind. This is a service that makes you feel comfortable.

You can use it after signing up for the package at https://www.lguplus.com/ or at the customer center (101 without area code).

- AI Remote Control Hub: Connects not only U+ smart home devices but also old home appliances so that they can be run by voice or remotely.

- Multitap: Double the convenience and electricity savings by controlling 4 home appliances at the same time!

- Electricity meter: Save electricity by checking electricity bills in real time, entering progressive stages, and comparing neighbors!

- Plug: Blocks standby power that I don't care about, saving on progressive taxes and electricity bills!

- Switch: Feel safe even when you leave the house with the light on or leave the house for a long time!


[Safety/Health]

- Pet care: Exquisite pet life, U+ smart home pet care

- My Home Protector: A package that prevents theft due to external intrusion and even provides compensation.

- Air sensor: A sensor that compares the air quality indoors and around your home in real time and informs you when to ventilate.

- Momka: A comfortable camera that communicates through real-time communication

- Door sensor: A smart sensor that notifies intrusion through windows or doors by simply attaching it.

- Gas lock: If you forgot the gas valve, remotely lock it from outside without worrying about it!

- Motion detection sensor: A sensor that sounds a siren when it detects movement and notifies you on your smartphone.





■ Access permission information

[Required access rights]

#Notifications – If you agree to receive notifications, sounds, vibrations, and icon placement provided by the app may be included in the notifications.
(However, in older OS versions, notification permission is optional, not required)

#Phone – Used when logging in using a mobile phone number or using the customer center phone connection function.

#Bluetooth – Required to register a Bluetooth device, enter a safe password, and use the Homenet automatic access pass function. (Required permission starting from Android OS 12, optional for Android OS 11 and below)

#Notifications – If you agree to receive notifications, sounds, vibrations, and icon placement provided by the app may be included in the notifications.


#Microphone – Used when using the conversation function of the Momka device and the voice transmission function of the entrance CCTV.

#Contacts - Used to access the address book for registering emergency call contacts and adding family members using the simple button.

#Storage – Used when using Mom Car/Pet Car functions (screen saving, 5-minute recording function, loading Pet Car profile photos, etc.), and storing entrance CCTV photos.

#Location – Used to run according to my location, to check current location information when registering my home location, and to register/unregister some devices.

#Camera – Used to take Pet Car profile images.

#Bluetooth – Required to register a Bluetooth device, enter a safe password, and use the Homenet automatic access pass function. (Required permission starting from Android OS 12, optional permission for Android OS 11 and below)

※ If you are using a version lower than Android 6.0, selection permission cannot be granted individually, so we recommend checking whether it is possible to upgrade the terminal's operating system to Android 6.0 or higher before updating. To reset access rights after the update, please delete the installed app and reinstall the app.

I had some problem with log in but LG U+ Korea service team help me to reconnect. customer service representative were very attentive and they called back from Korea to fixed the issue. Great great way to connect to family when they are far away.

Hello. mr. Aly Ahmed. If you need help with using your IoT smart device, you can contact our call center (dial 101 on the smart phone) and request english help. Alternatively, you can use ask for korean document for the device you are trying to use and use google translate on the document. Thank you very much..
